32 is the New 32

There is no more denying it, I am officially in my 3o's. Last year I convinced myself that I wasn't really IN my 3o's but just a toe in. I did well with this analogy because I felt more connected to the younger 20 something crowd. Well, I am not finding that to be the case any more since I now look them as if they are a different species. I'm not sure when the tide turned for me but I pretty sure I was completely oblivious when it did. I find 20 something people totally unrelatable. Maybe it is their bagless eyes, slobber free outfits or their texting codes that they use that I find off putting. What does LEMENO mean anyway? All I know is that I don't want to be 20 and I don't consider myself middle aged. For now I am content with just being 32.
